Graphics Designer

We’re looking for a Junior – Mid-level Designer to join our team. You’ll support the execution of graphic and digital design projects, working closely with the internal team of creatives, project managers, the Creative Director and development team to blend user needs and business goals into seamless, effective design experiences. You will need to demonstrate a fundamental understanding of design principles, an openness to learn and take direction, along with a strong aesthetic design intuition.

What you will do

Design Engaging Course Graphics: Create visually appealing graphics for eLearning modules, including infographics, illustrations, and interactive content
Develop Social Media Content: Produce eye-catching graphics for various social media platforms
Collaborate on Marketing Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to design promotional materials and digital assets that support campaigns, driving awareness and enrollment in our eLearning offerings.
Create Video Thumbnails and Visuals: Design compelling thumbnails and graphics for video content, optimizing them to increase click-through rates and engagement on our eLearning platform and social media channels.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content adheres to established brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all platforms and materials.
Illustrate Educational Materials: Develop custom illustrations and icons that support course content and make complex information more accessible and engaging for learners.
Stay Current with Design Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in eLearning and social media to ensure our visuals remain fresh and relevant.
Support special projects, like event sponsorships and industry partnerships
Analyze Performance Metrics: Monitor the performance of visual content across social media and the eLearning platform, using analytics to refine designs and improve audience engagement over time.

Requirements

A compelling portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, particularly in educational content and social media graphics.
Expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong knowledge of branding principles and the ability to create visuals that align with brand identity and messaging.
Intermediate to Advanced JavaScript knowledge.
Familiarity with eLearning design principles, including usability, instructional design, and accessibility standards.
Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for creating engaging content tailored to each platform's audience.
Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop unique visual concepts that capture attention and enhance learning.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design ideas.
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work that meets project requirements and standards.
Optimize performance of applications utilizing industry standards on all ends of the architecture.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and user feedback to inform design improvements and enhance audience engagement.
Coordinating the workflow between the UI/UX Designer, the QA, and yourself.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. A diploma in Early Childhood Education may also be considered for some positions.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with young children in a preschool, daycare, or similar educational setting.
Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate practices for children aged 3-6 years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and colleagues.
Ability to design and implement engaging, hands-on learning activities that promote curiosity and exploration among young learners.
Demonstrated patience, empathy, and nurturing attitude towards children, fostering a positive learning environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
